Our refund and returns policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Electronics cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that hazardous materials, flammable liquids.

  • No Returns on Custom Harnesses (All setups are different)
  • No Returns on Opened, Used, Modified, Marked or Installed Products
  • No Returns on Electronics or Batteries (Includes injectors, fuel pumps, gauges, sensors, etc.)
  • No Returns on Sale Items
  • Return in 15 Days – Full Product Refund **
  • Return in 16-30 Days – 20% Restocking Fee **
  • No Returns Over 30 Days **
  • Damaged, Stolen or Lost Packages will be a Unique Scenario
  • Warranties are by Manufacturer only

The counter starts when you receive your item to the day OHM Racing receives your returned package.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (If different than us)

If you installed or used the product, we cannot take it back. Your best bet is to list it for sale on a car forum, Facebook, eBay or similar platform.

OHM Racing Custom Harnesses

This harnesses are custom tailored for you and just you, we cannot provide any returns or refund on this type of products.

Here at OHM Racing we strive for perfection, but sometimes errors will be made or things might be missing from your selected options, in these very rare occasions you can ship the harness back to us and we will make the necessary changes at no extra cost to you!

Our mission is to provide customers a “Plug & Play” on this impossible to find platforms. What this term refers to is you will not have to strip any wire or crimp any terminal to make them work, however depending on the platform you are purchasing the harness for, you might need to swap out a couple connectors from your old harness. This are usually connectors on the inside, meaning they should be in a very good condition for you to re-use. This swap should be very easy, however if you do not feel confident but you can wait, you cand send us your old harness and we can do this for you an no extra cost!

Why reuse some of the connectors?

We have an unbelievable amount of contacts around the globe to find hard to find or discontinued connectors, however the platforms we support can be as old as 30-35 years old, meaning some connectors might have been discontinued decades ago and there is no chances to find any left at all. Terminals are used on several brands and models of connectors which make them slightly easier to find allowing us to still offer a harness to you where you can de-pin connector from your original harness, plug it into the new pins and voilà!


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (varies by your bank).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (Unless it is our mistake). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning expensive items, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
